Four Rooms for Rent

There are four rooms for rent. We have two large rooms at $500 a month and two small rooms at $475 a month. There is a $500 security deposit. The rooms are a month to month lease.

All utilities are included, gas, water, sewer, electrical, trash, and free wifi. You'll also have access to two bathrooms, two refrigerators, and a basement for storage. There is a well equipped kitchen and a living room opened to all tenants. There is also a free washer and dryer in the basement.  Each room comes with a bed with a new mattress and a dresser. Please note that we only accept one person per room and no pets are allowed.

There will be an open house Friday 5th from 6-8 and Saturday 6th noon-2pm. If you can’t make the times listed we can set up a showing after the open houses.
